Jambila Music Gems from the vault number 6 this week we received the very sad news of the untimely passing of Captain Barkey, senselessly murdered in NY on saturday 13th october 2012. This song was recorded by the group F.O.U.R (Suzanne Couch lead vocals) and Captain Barkey in the 90’s originally supposed to be released on F.O.U.R’s album on Virgin/Kuff, the deal fell through and the album was shelved.
R.I.P Captain Barkey Jamaica and the world have lost yet another talented and beautiful spirit.
